Dressing:
½ cup chopped onion
¾ cup cold water
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
2/3 cup sugar
2/3 cup vinegar
2 tsp. celery seed
1 ½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
2/3 cup salad oil
Pour dressing mixture over cole slaw and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours then serve cold.
