Ingredients

  • 2 pkg cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cn (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 10 oz pkg chopped spinach, drained and thawed.
  • 1/2 C mayo
  • 1/2 C grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • chopped tomatoes for garnish if desired

Preparation

Step 1

Beat cream cheese and mayo until blended. Add remaining ingredients, mix well.
Pour into 9 inch pie plate
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned.
Garnish with chopped tomatoes if desired.
