Ingredients

  • 6 TBS butter unsalted
  • 1/3 C whole Milk (regular works too)
  • 1 Whole egg
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 3/4 TSP vanilla
  • 1.5 C flour
  • 3/4 C Sugar
  • 1.5 TSP Baking powder
  • 3/4 TSP salt
  • 2 C Fresh Blueberries

Step 1

Put oven rack in upper third of oven, preheat to 375 and grease pan

Melt butter in a small saucepan over moderatlely low heat, then remove from heat. Whisk in milk, then whisk in whole egg, egg yolk, and vanilla until well combined.

Whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl, then add milk mixture and stir until just combined. Fold in blueberries gently but throughout.
