Ingredients
- 8-oz. pkg. penna pasta, cooked
- 2 cups boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and diced
- 11-oz can mandarin oranges, drained
- 8-oz pineapple tidbits, drained and juice reserved
- 3/4 cup celery, sliced
- 3/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- Dressing
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 2 Tbs. reserved pineapple juice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
Step 1
Rinse penne with cold water; drain well. Combine all ingredients except pineapple juice and mix well. Pour dressing over the top; toss to coat. Chill before serving. Serves 8.
For dressing: Mix all ingredients together; use a whisk to blend well.
