Peanut Butter Chocolate Cookie Cups

  • 3/4 C (1 1/2 sticks) butter, softened
  • 1/3 C sugar
  • 1 1/2 C flour
  • 1 2/3 C (11 oz) peanut butter & milk chocolate morsels( divided)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 can (14oz) carnation sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350*.
Heavily grease 36 mini- muffin cups.
Beat butter & sugar in small bowl until creamy.
Add flour & beat until mixture is evenly moist & crumbly.
Roll rounded tsp of dough into a ball, press into bottom & halfway up side of muffin cup & repeat.
Place 5 morsels on each cup.
Beat eggs in medium bowl with whisk, stir in condensed milk & vanilla.
Spoon into muffin cups, filling almost to the top of each cup.
Bake for 15-18 mins or until centers are puffed & edges are just beginning to brown.
Remove from oven to wire racks.
Gently run knife around edges of cookies.
Let centers flatten.
While still warm, top cookies with remaining morsels.
Cool completely in pan on rack.
With knife, release cookies.
