Ingredients
- 8 oz puff corn curls
- 1/2 lb butter (not oleo)
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. light corn syrup
- 1 t. soda
Preparation
Step 1
Place corn curls in large roaster pan. in 2 quart or large pan cook together for 2 minutes; butter, brown sugar and light corn syrup. After 2 minutes add 1 t. soda. This will cause it to foam. Pour caramel mixture over corn curls and stir until mixed. Spread onto buttered cookie sheets. Place in 250* oven for 45 minutes stirring every 10 to 15 minutes. Remove from oven. Pour onto waxed paper and break apart. Store in tightly covered container.
