Pretzel Salad
This has been a family favorite for years. It's kind of time consuming, but worth it!

Ingredients
- Crust:
- 2 2/3 c crushed pretzels
- ¾ c melted butter
- 3 T sugar
- Bake 10 minutes at 350
- Mix together:
- 2 - 8 oz cream cheese
- 8 oz cool whip
- 1 c sugar
- Spread over crust.
- 2 3oz strawberry jello
- 2 16 oz frozen strawberries
- Boiling water
Preparation
Step 1
Defrost strawberries and strain juice, reserving juice. Make 2 cups of liquid from strawberry juice and boiling water. Mix with dry strawberry jello powder. Add strawberries. Chill until partially set. Pour over cream cheese mixture.
