Hilda's Pecan Pie

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 2 T melted margarine
  • 1/2 cup dark syrup
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 1/4 cup brandy
  • 1 cup pecans

Preparation

Step 1

Beat eggs through whipping cream, then stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 375 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
