Spaghetti Sauce (Mom's)

Ingredients

• 2 cloves garlic minced
• 1/2 cup olive oil
• 4 large cans tomatoes
• 6 (80z) cans tomato paste
• 2 cups catsup
• 1 package of smoked sausage (sliced)
• 1 # Italian sausage
• 1 # hamburger
• oregano to taste
• thyme to taste
• 1/2 onion diced
• 1 tsp diced garlic
• 1 tsp Thyme
• 1/2 cup bread crumbs

Preparation

Step 1

Combine 2 cloves minced garlic, olive oil, tomatoes, tomato paste, oregano, Thyme and smoked sausage in large sauce pan. Cook for 1 hour.
Mean while make meatballs.
for meatballs combine Italian sausage, hamburger, onion, garlic, Thyme and bread crumbs. Cook in oven on cookie sheet for 20 minutes. Add to sauce and let simmer for 1 hour or more. Longer you cook it the better it is.
