Ingredients

  • DRESSING:
  • 2 to 3 cups uncooked bow tie noodles
  • 2 ripe tomatoes
  • 1/2 green pepper diced
  • 1 chopped green onion
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp paprika
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Cook noodles and cool. Add tomatoes, green pepper and onion.

Mix dressing together and pour over noodles. Refrigerate for 4 to 5 hours.
