Tandy Cake

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 C sugar
  • 2 C flour
  • 1 t baking powder
  • 1 C milk
  • 2 T butter
  • 1 1/4 C peanut butter
  • 2 lbs milk chocolate candy bar- chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350*.
Grease & flour a 10 x 15 pan.
Sift together the flour & baking powder; set aside.
In a large bowl, combine eggs, sugar & vanilla.
Beat on high until light & lemon colored.
Bear in the flour mixture.
Microwave milk & butter for 2 mins or begins to bubble.
Stir into batter.
Pour batter into pan.
Bake for 20 - 25 mins or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
When cool, cover with peanut butter.
Refrigerate 1 hr.
Melt chocolate, spread over cake.
Refrigerate to cool & harden.
