Ingredients

  • 1

    lb ground beef

  • 1

    lb ground pork

  • 1

    pk dry mushroom soup mix

  • ½

    cup bread crumbs

  • ½

    cup fine chopped onion

  • 1

    egg

  • 1

    can pizza sauce, divided

  • 4

    oz mozzarella, fontina or provolone

Directions

Combine beef, pork, soup mix, bread crumbs, onion, egg and pizza sauce, mix well. Press into 9 inch skillet or pie plate. Bake at 375 degrees for 40-45 min. Drain fat. Spread remaining pizza sauce over meat, top with cheese, bake 5 minutes. Cut into wedges, serve with vegetables and potatoes.
