- 2 t baking powder
- 1 1/2 cinnamon
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 c brown sugar
- 1/2 c white sugar
- 3/4 c oil
- 1 t vanilla
- 2 3/4 c shredded carrot
- optional: 1/2 c crushed pinapple
- flax seeds, sunflower seeds
