Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked salt codfish
- 3 cups mashed potatoes
- 2 oz. butter
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp finely minced onion
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Preparation
Step 1
Mix well together and shape into balls. Dip in beaten egg and roll in bread crumbs and fy in a good hot pan, using just enough fat to keep them from burning. Keep turning so they will cook evenly. Serve hot.
