Marinated Artichokes

Ingredients

  • 2 T lemon juice
  • 2 T salad oil
  • Dash garlic salt
  • 1 T sugar
  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano,crushed
  • 1/4 tsp dried tarragon, crushed
  • 1 15-oz. can (2 cups) artichoke hearts, drained

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients and 2 T water in a bowl. Cover; chill several hours or overnight. Drain and sprinkle with paprika; serve with picks.
