Ingredients
- Filling:
- 3 (8 oz) cream cheese
- 4 egg whites - beaten stiff
- 1 t vanilla
- 1 C sugar
- Topping:
- 1 C sour cream
- 1 T sugar
- 1/2 t vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
Generously butter a spring form pan.
Shake in graham cracker crumbs as though you were flouring it.
Mix filling ingredients together.
Bake at 350* for 25 mins.
Remove from oven & reset oven temp to 475*.
Mix up topping mixture.
Spread on cake & return to oven for 5 mins.
Cool completely.
