Aunt Catherines Bean Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef -- browned and drained
  • 1 cup onion -- chopped
  • 1/2 lb bacon -- fat removed
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tablespoon dry mustard
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 3/4 cup ketchup
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 lb of each pork & beans, navy beans, kidney beans -- canned
  • 1 lb butter beans -- canned

Step 1


Brown and drain first three ingredients

Add rest of the ingredients in a large roaster and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour!
