Crunchy Salad

Ingredients

  • OPTIONAL:
  • 1 (3 oz) pkg Chicken Ramen Noodles
  • 6 C Broccoli (chopped)
  • 3-4 green onions (chopped)
  • 1/2 C. Almonds (slivered)
  • 1/2 C. Sunflower Seeds
  • Sliced Carrots, Cauliflower or Green Pepper
  • DRESSING:
  • 1/2 C. Salad Oil
  • 3 Tbl Vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 2 Tbl Sugar
  • Seasoning package from noodles

Preparation

Step 1

Cook Ramen noodles per directions, but don't add flavoring.

Mix the pkg of chicken flavored seasoning with liquid.

Pour over veggies and chill 3-4 hours.
