Ingredients
- 1/2 C light corn syrup
- 2 C heavy whipping cream
- 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 C water
- 1 pkg (6 oz ) semisweet chocolate chips (1 C)
- 1 t vanilla
- 1/4 t salt
Preparation
Step 1
Beat heavy cream until soft peaks form, set aside.
In a 1 qt saucepan sprinkle gelatin over water; let stand 1 minute.
Add corn syrup.
Stir over low heat until gelatin is completely dissolved, about 5 mins.
Remove from heat.
Stir in chocolate chips, vanilla & salt until smooth.
Gently fold chocolate mixture into whipped cream.
Spoon into individual serving dishes.
Refrigerate until set.
