Ingredients
- 3/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 green onion thinly sliced
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon each dried basil and dried tarragon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Preparation
Step 1
Whisk together all ingredients in a small bowl until blended. Serve any remaining dressing over salad greens. Makes 1 cup.
