Chicken Casserole

  • 3 split chicken breasts
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 pkg Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1 stick melted butter

Preparation

Step 1

Boil chicken 20 mins. Debone and chop. Add chicken soup, salt and pepper, and sour cream. Mix well. Put in 9x13 pan. Top with crushed crackers. Add butter on top. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
