Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/4 cup cooking oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts, toasted
  • 1/2 cup miniature marshmallow
  • 1/4 cups mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 36 miniature marshmallows

Preparation

Step 1

Measure first 4 ingredients into large bowl. Stir. Make a well in centre.

Combine next 4 ingredients in medium bowl. Add to well.

Add next 3 ingredients. Stir until just moistened. Fill 12 greased muffin cups 3/4 full.

Sprinkle with second amount of chocolate chips. Arrange 3 marshmallow on each muffin. Bake in 375 oven for 18 to 20 minutes until wooden pick inserted in centre of muffin comes out clean.
