Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c butter
- 3 c white sugar
- 5 eggs
- 3 c flour
- 2 Tbsp lemon extract
- 3/4 c 7-up
Preparation
Step 1
Cream together butter and sugar X 20 mins.
Add 5 eggs one at a time & beat well.
Add flour one c at a time and beat well
Add lemon extract
Fold in 7up
Por into well greased and floured bundt pan
Bake 325F X 1 - 1 1/4 hours.
Let cool in pan for 10 mins; shake out and cool on cake rack.
