Ingredients
- 1 9 inch pastry shell
- 4 cups raspberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 5 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp butter
- milk
- sugar

Step 1
Line pie plate with crust. Combine raspberries, sugar, flour and lemon juice. Fill pastry shell, dot with butter. Moisten edges, cover with top crust, cut steam vents. Brush with milk and sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 425 degrees 15 minutes, then turn oven down to 350 degrees and bake for 45-60 minutes. Cool and serve.
