  • 1 1 1 pkg dried North Woods Blend mushrooms, chopped
  • 4 4 4 T butter
  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 c each onion, carrot, celery
  • 1 1 1 T paste
  • S&P
  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 c dry red wine
  • 8 8 8 c beef stock
  • 3 3 3 c corned beefn (1 lb)
  • 1 1 1 lb Yukons
  • 2 2 2 bay leaves
  • 1 1 1 sprig thyme
  • 8 8 8 oz kale (3-1/3 c)
  • 1 1 1 T red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 c mayo
  • 1 1/c 1/c sour cream
  • 1 1 1 T horseradish
  • 1 1 1 t fresh thyme

Step 1
