Ingredients

  • 1 - 10 oz pak of baby peas ( thaw in bowl of cold water stirring gently as peas will freeze together, drained in colander then dry well on paper towel)
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1 cup chopped cauliflower
  • 1/4 cup diced green onion
  • 1 cup in total of cashews and almonds (not salted)
  • optional about 1/2 cup crisp crumbled bacon
  • 1 cup Hidden Valley Ranch dressing

Preparation

Step 1

Put all above in a large bowl for easy mixing. Line a serving bowl with head lettuce and put pea mixture on the lettuce.
Serves about 6-8 fine. I adjust the amount of ingredients for a larger group.
