Ingredients
- 1 Cup Onions - chopped
- 1 Cup Green Peppers - chopped
- 1 Cup Celery - chopped
- 2 Garlic Cloves - minced
- 1 (28oz) can Diced Tomatoes - not drained
- 2 Cups Turkey Sausage OR 2 Cups Smoked Sausage - chopped
- 3/4 lb Shrimp - peeld & deveined (cooked or uncooked)
- 1/8-1/4 tsp Hot Sauce
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp dried Thyme
- 1 TBSP dried Parsley

Step 1
Add all ingredients, except shrimp & stir well.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours (or on high for 3-4 hours)
If shrimp are uncooked, add to crockpot for last hour (low) or last 1/2 hour (high)
If shrimp are cooked, add to crockpot for last 15 minutes of cooking time.
