Ingredients

  • 1 TBSP vegetable oil
  • 9 CUPS cabbage, shredded
  • 18 ounces diced pork tenderloin
  • 10 cups chicken broth
  • 8 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3-4 teaspoons fresh ginger root
  • 1 large yellow onion, chopped
  • 2 packs Stir Fry Noodles (32 ounces)

Preparation

Step 1

1.Using a large pot or wok heat oil over medium heat. Add cabbage, onions and pork; fry until pork in no longer pink inside, approximately 5 minutes. Make sure to stir your cabbage and pork while it is frying.

2.Add chicken broth, soy sauce, ginger and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

3.Add noodles. Cook 2 to 4 minutes.
