Ingredients
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 Tbsp water
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/8 cup honey
Preparation
Step 1
1. Place cream in a microwave safe dish and heat in microwave until just boiling. Keep warm. If you do not have a microwave heat cream in saucepan over med heat, until just boiling, keep warm.
2. Put water and sugar in a 4 quart saucepan over medium heat.
3. When mixture turns light brown, add honey and stir well. Cook until golden brown.
4. Very slowly add 1/3 of the cream, stirring constantly. It will boil up and come back down. Repeat, adding 1/3 at a time. Remove from heat and keep warm.
