Ingredients

  • 1 kg cake flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 packet instant yeast
  • 1/2 litre lukewarm water

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix flour, salt and yeast.
2. Add water to dry ingredients and mix well until all ingredients are wet.
3. Kneed until dough is elastic.
4. Set aside for dough to rise for 15-30 minutes.
5. Kneed dough again then roll out.
6. Cut or break into large pieces. Deep fry in very hot oil until golden brown (use a very deep pot so it wont boil over).
