Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds round steak, cut into 6 pieces (or cubes steak)
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 (15-ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 onion, sliced
Preparation
Step 1
In a large plastic bag, combine flour, oregano, red pepper flakes and pepper. Add the steaks and toss to coat. Place the onion in a greased 3-quart slow cooker. Top with the steak and tomato sauce. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours or until meat is tender.
