Ingredients

  • Crust:
  • 1/2 C grahm crackers
  • 1 T sugar
  • 1/4 t cinnamon
  • 1/4 t nutmeg
  • Dust 9 in springpan
  • Filling:
  • 5 egggs separated
  • 1 C sugar
  • 1 lb cream cheese
  • 1 C sour cream
  • 2 T flour
  • 1 t vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Beat egg yolks till thick . Beat in sugar/breakup cream cheese/add to egg mixture beat until smooth- add sour cream/fl/van Continue beating until smooth.
Beat egg whites separately until stiff not dry. Folr into cheese mixture. Por filling into pan.
Bake 70 minutes at 275/ leave in 1 hr without opening door.

Spread with cherryglaze
1 can 16 oz. pitted cherries
1/2 C sugar
2T cornstarch

Drain cherries/reserve liquid ad water to make one cup.
Combine water/sugar/cornstarch/cook stirring to a boil.
