Chocolate Dessert Cups

Ingredients

  • 150 g plain chocolate
  • 12.5 g butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tbsp coffee essence
  • chocolate curls

Preparation

Step 1

1. Place chocolate and butter in a double boiler. Melt chocolate while stirring constantly then remove from heat once completely melted.
2. Beat egg yolks and coffee essence until stiff.
3. Fold into chocolate mixture.
4. Pour into 4 small cups or glasses and leave in a cool place until set.

Just before serving add chocolate curls.
