Chicken Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 4 Checken breasts
  • 1 pkg. Plain corn bread dressing mix
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 2 cups of chicken broth made by boiling chicken breasts

Preparation

Step 1

Oven at 350 degrees

Boil chicken breasts and cut into small pieces.
Mix together all of the ingredients escept the dressing mix.

In a casserole dish, layer 1/2 of the corn bread crumbs and 1/2 of the chicken mixture and then repeat a second layer.

Cook at 350 degrees until bubbly.

The butter amount can be cut in half and if your family doesn't like mushrooms, use 2 cans of Cream of Chicken Soup.
