- 6 cups cherry, pear, grape tomatoes
- in varied colors halved
- Optional. 1/2 cup crumbled gorgonzola
- 1 ripe avocado cubes
- 1 cup sliced basil leaves

- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
