Zucchini Boats (Olivia's Recipe)

Ingredients

• Zucchini - scrape out the inside seeds
• 8 oz. softened cream cheese
• 1 egg
• 1 T. Garlic
• Juice of one lemon
• Any seasoning that you like
• Bread crumbs mixed with olive oil just to get wet.

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together except for bread crumbs and olive oil. Spoon into zucchini boats. Mix bread crumbs and olive oil and sprinkle over cream cheese mixture. Bake at 350 for about 30 min.
