Ingredients
- 6 slices bread
- 1 1/2 lbs sausage
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- 9 eggs
- 3 cups milk

Preparation
Step 1
Tear up bread and place in greased 9 x 13” baking dish. Brown and drain sausage. Spoon over bread. Add cheese. Beat eggs, milk, mustard and pepper. Pour into dish. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350º for 1 hour.
