Frozen Hot Chocolate

Made with low-fat milk, cocoa powder, and no-calorie sweetener, this frothy cold beverage is a great guilt-free dessert.

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup(s) low-fat (1%) milk
- 1 Tablespoon(s) unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon(s) unsweetened cocoa powder, combined with above
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) no-calorie sweetener
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) pure vanilla extract
- 4 large ice cubes
- 1 Tablespoon(s) light whipped cream
Preparation
Step 1
1. In blender, combine milk, cocoa powder, sweetener, and vanilla extract.
2. Blend until cocoa dissolves, scraping container. Add ice cubes; blend well. Pour into cup; top with whipped cream. Serve immediately.
