Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 sticks butter, room temp
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 12 oz jelly
- 3/4 c chopped salted peanuts
- 1/2 c peanut butter chips

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375. Spray a 9 inch square baking pan and line with parchment.
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, and salt. Work in butter with hands until coarse. Add beaten egg and vanilla, stir until dough comes together. Set aside 1 cup dough and press rest of dough into an even layer. Spread jelly on top.
Combine rest of dough, peanuts and peanut butter chips. Crumble over jam. Bake until topping is golden, 45-50 minutes. Let cool on wire rack. Cut into 12 squares.
