Ingredients

  • 4 cups flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups lukewarm water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 10 g instant yeast
  • 1 tbsp oil

Preparation

Step 1

1. Sieve flour into mixing bowl
2. Add salt, sugar & yeast and mix well
3. Add egg, oil and water then mix
4. Leave to rise till approximtely doubled in size
5. Pre heat oven to 190 celcius and bake for 45 minutes with NO lid.
