Dissolve yeast in water. Stir sugar, salt, eggs, shortening and 2 cups flour and beat till smooth Add yeast mixture. Mix in remaining flour 1/2 cup at a time till smooth Scrape dough from sides of bowl Knead till smooth and elastic Put dough in bowl sprayed with cooking spray and turn to coat. Cover with towel and let rise 1 1/2 hours. Divide dough in half and roll each half out to a 12 inch circle. Cut into 10-15 wedges Roll up and place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper, cover and let rise for 1 hour. Preheat oven to 400* and bake for 12-15 minutes. Brush with melted butter when removed from oven.
