- 1 package vermicelli noodle - wai wai brand
- 1 tbsp of Tapioca or cornstarch
- Hanh mo

Preparation
Step 1
1. Soak the vermicelli in warm water for 10 minutes
2. Let dry for 20 minutes
3. Coat vermicelli evenly with cornstarch with a sieve so noodle stay together
4. Add a thin layer of vermicelli on a splash mesh
5. Cover with a lid over a pan of steamed water for 2 minutes
6. Brush a plate with hanh mo and add a layer of vermicelli
7. Brush again with hanh mo
