Mandarin glazed beets

  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp. cornstarch
  • 1/4 1/4
  • lemon juice
  • 2 tbl. butter or margarine
  • 2 cans (5 ounces each) sliced beets, drained
  • 1 can (11 ounces) mandarin oranges, drained



Step 1

In a large saucepan, combine the sugar & cornstarch. Add lemon juice & butter. Bring to a boil; cook & stir for 2 min. or until thickened. Stir in beets; heat through. Gently stir in oranges, heat through
