  • 4 cups boiling water
  • 2 packages (4 serving size each) blue jello
  • 2 packages (4 serving size each) red jello
  • 3 cups cold water
  • 1 package (4 serving size) lemon jello
  • 1 (8 oz) tub cool whip, thawed
  • strawberries
  • grapes

Preparation

Step 1

Stir 1 1/2 cups boiling water in each; blue and red in separate bowls at least 2 minutes until dissolved. Stir in 1 1/2 cups cold water into each bowl.

Spray 13x9 pan with nonstick spray. Place on cookie sheet. Pour blue into pan. Refrigerate 45 minutes until set, but not firm. (should stick to fingers when touched)

Refrigerate red jello in bowl 45 minutes.

Meanwhile, stir remaining 1 cup boiling water into lemon in bowl, At least 2 minutes or until slightly thickened. (consistency of unbeaten egg whites) Stirring occasionally. Stir in cool whip with wire whisk. Gently spread over blue in pan. Refrigerate 10 minutes or until set, but not firm.

Gently spoon thickened red mix over mixture in pan.

Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight until firm. Decorate with cool whip, strawberries and grapes.
