Ingredients
- 1 1/2 - 2 lbs fresh mahi mahi
- 1 1/2 stick butter
- 2 t oil
- 1/4 t garlic salt
- 1 t minced garlic
- 1 t teriyaki sauce
- 1 t lemon juice
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter and mix with other ingredients.
Pour over fish and marinate at least 30 min.
Grill over hot coals until fish flakes.
