Ingredients
- 1 bottle of dry white wine
- 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
- 1 large pear, sliced very thin
- 1 cup seedless green grapes
- 2 Tbsp superfine sugar
- 2 Tbsp Calvados or Armagnac
- 3 Tbsp Cointreau
- 1 1/2 cups bottled sparkling water
- sprigs of mints or fresh flower (garnish)
Preparation
Step 1
1. Pour wine into a large glass pitcher. Add kiwis, pear, grapes, sugar, Calvados and Cointreau to the pitcher. Cover and refrigerate for 4 to 5 hours.
2. to serve, stir well, add sparkling water, ad a pour over ice in tall glasses. garnish with flower or sprig of mint.
