Soft Sugar Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 1/3 C butter, softened
• 1 1/2 C sugar
• 2 eggs
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 3 1/2 C flour
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/3 C sugar for decoration

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350.

In medium bowl, cream together butter and sugar. Stir in eggs and vanilla. Combine flour, baking powder and salt; stir into creamed mixture until dough forms. Roll dough into balls and roll balls in sugar. Place on cookie sheet.
