Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Crisco
- 3/4 cups peanut butter
- 1 1/4 cups brown sugar
- 3 tbsp. milk
- 1 tbsp. vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1 3/4 cups flour
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 tsp baking soda

Preparation
Step 1
cream Crisco, peanut butter, brown sugar, milk, vanilla and egg.
Add salt and baking soda and mix well.
stir in flour.
line cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
form 1 1/2 inch balls and place on parchment paper 2 inches apart. Use fork dipped in flour to press down dough.
bake 8-10 minutes. remove parchment from pan and allow cookies to cool on parchment paper.
