Ingredients
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1/8 tsp. lemon juice
- 3 whole cloves
- 3 tsp. sugar
- 375 ml beer
Preparation
Step 1
Place beef in a glass dish.
Slowly add vegetable oil to 375 ml. beer.Them mix in salt, garlic,lemon juice, cloves, and sugar. Pierce beef surface with fork. Pour marinade over beef and refrigerate for 8 to 24 hours.Drain beef well before BBQ
