Scuplin Jelly

Ingredients

  • 14 cups of scuplin juice; boil grapes in water until they start to peel. Remove from heat and place in strainer and mash grapes; place the juice in a very large pot.
  • 14 cups of scuplin juice
  • 3-4 packs of sure gel 1.75 oz.
  • 5 lb. bag of sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Heat on stove low, until sugar is melted. Stir until thick and put in jars. The slower the better.
